Glenforest's Transition Program

Level up! is Glenforest School's signature Transition Program for middle and high school students. The goal of Level Up! is to transform students into leaders in their school and local community and prepare for post-secondary opportunities. This is accomplished through in-class leadership lessons, one-on-one mentoring, and hands-on work experiences with local businesses.
Students will acquire the skills they need to succeed on the job with support and guidance from the Glenforest Transitions Team.

Individual career plans are explored through job shadowing, internships and other developmental programs with local community leaders and partnering businesses.
