Lauren Childress

This is Lauren Childress’ (Mrs. C) second year as a teacher at Glenforest School. She has 10 years of previous experience working in the special needs field as a paraprofessional as well as a Registered Behavior Technician. Mrs. Childress believes that everyone has unique strengths and abilities. She is skilled in strengthening social and life skills while engaging students in preferred activities. She often incorporates art into her lessons as she has found that it can be a powerful tool in helping children learn and express themselves.
