Fall Athletic Forms Required

 

Fall Sports – Volleyball, Soccer, and Cross Country

Dear Parents,

I hope that everyone has been doing well and having a great summer.  We are getting ready for an exciting year.  I have attached the forms needed for your child to participate in the sports program.  Please make sure that all forms are completed and returned to your coach or Coach Knopf.

I prefer to have them stapled together.  It prevents confusion in making sure that each child has completed all the forms that are required by SCISA.  The practice dates and times are listed below for the fall sports.  These times will change when school starts.  I will send practice schedules out on a weekly basis.

Volleyball will start on Monday, August 1.

Soccer will start on Monday, August 8.

Cross Country will start when school starts.

Please remember that there are 3 forms required for participation.

 SCHEDULE

Volleyball:

Monday, August 1 – Thursday, August 4               6:00 – 7:30 (No Practice Friday, August 5)

Monday, August 8 – Thursday, August 11             6:00 – 7:30 (No Practice Friday, August 12)

Monday, August 15 – Friday, August 19               TBA

 

Soccer:

Monday, August 8 – Thursday, August 11             6:00 – 7:30 (No Practice Friday, August 12)

Monday, August 15 – Friday, August 19               TBA
